In order to request a Home Survey consultation date through this website, a user must first complete a Book a Consultation Form. During this process, a user is required to give certain information (such as name, email address, phone number, and complete street address with city and zip code included). This information is used to contact you about the baby proofing and child safety services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as the age of your child and indicate some of your primary baby proofing concerns), but it is not required.
